Frustrated and angry!!

So frustrated! Though I am not the top 1 at class, but I keep excellent performance in academic. This summer, the whole summer vacation, I studied only to achieve the requirement of Elite Project. I promise I did, no kidding. My efforts of the summer show that I am qualified to Elite Project. However, it is IRONIC enough!! The Policy of DAES, Department of Applied English Study, changes along with the new semester. I AM NOW WASTING TIME DOING NOTHING!! I went to several professors, but I got no response. No one knows how and what Elite Project will be. HOW FRUSTRATED I AM. I am going to be worse and worse. What should I do??????
