We happened to meet a chef who came from the east-northeast China for making money. He told us most of people in his country (the east-northeast China) would go there and earn there. Once they sign a contract with North Korea Company, they have to work for 1 year without holidays for coming back home there. We (the chef and Taiwanese) spoke Chinese but in different accents, it was nice to meet someone who could speak Chinese there. I felt warm in my heart.
