The photo was taken at Insurance Hall, London at the National Presentation of Royal Certificate to Queen Scouts. The Queen's Scout Award is the highest award a young person can achieve in scouting in the UK. Mr Peter Duncan (on the right), The UK Chief Scout, Peter is a bit of a celebrity in the UK as he used to present a hit children’s tv programme 'Blue Peter' and had his own series 'Duncan Dares'. He has also presented some travel/expedition programmes with his son, where he visited some of the worlds wonders.
