Arabic numerals ?

Arabic numerals are forms for human beings and people speak Arabic numerals in their own language. However, Arabic numerals can be a language and meaningful for computers. When we see a form of people know what it means, but people speak it in different language. English speakers say “house” and Spanish speakers say “casa”. Words used to mean the same things in different languages are often different and arbitrary.
